Relaxation massage is a smooth, gentle, flowing style that promotes general relaxation, relieves muscle tension, and improves circulation and range of motion. It aims to relax, revive and rejuvenate you at a massage depth that does not cause discomfort.
Deep tissue massage
Deep tissue massage involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles). It usually focuses on a problem such as chronic muscle aches, pain or stiffness.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a gentle pressure point therapy involving the nerve endings located on the feet. Reflexology is known to induce relaxation and helps encourage natural balance (homeostasis) inside the body.
