Unlike relaxation massage, which aims mainly to relieve muscle tension and reduce stress, deep tissue massage is often used to address chronic muscle pain, stiffness, or specific problem areas.

Hot stone therapy is a massage technique that involves placing smooth, heated stones on specific points of the body or used in the therapist’s hands to massage. The heat from the stones penetrates deeply into muscles to promote relaxation, improve blood flow and oxygen delivery, ease muscle tension and stiffness, increase joint range of motion, and enhance the overall massage experience.

Foot reflexology is a therapeutic practice based on the idea that specific points on the feet correspond to different organs, glands, and systems in the body. By applying pressure, massage, or stimulation to these “reflex points,” it can help restore balance, promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support overall well-being. Essentially, it’s like giving the body a tune-up through the feet.
